Morris College waives application fee on Morris College Day in three cities

Morris College alumni will bring the vision of their alma mater to the community July 27, 2019: Enter to learn, depart to serve. Under the leadership of President Leroy Staggers, the Atlanta (GA), Charlotte (NC), and Columbia (SC) alumni chapters will celebrate Morris College Day by offering opportunities for the young people in the community at large to enroll in an institution of higher learning and achieve an education life goal.

Individuals dreaming of obtaining a four-year college degree will be able to start the process with on-site acceptance and financial aid assistance. Application fees will be waived this day. Copies of high school and previous college transcripts are requested and will assist in the approval process.

Morris College Day will be celebrated from 10 am until 4 pm at the following locations:

• Brookland Baptist Church (1066 Sunset Blvd, West Columbia, SC 29169)

• McDowell Nature Preserve (1522 York Rd, Charlotte, NC 28278)

• Pebblebrook High School (991 Old Alabama Rd, Mableton, GA 30126)
