As COVID-19 continues to have a long-term impact on our community, the City of Columbia's Office of Economic Development would like to provide information to local businesses and employees regarding available testing resources.

Our local partner, Kroger Health, is coordinating with SC DHEC to provide FREE and efficient testing to our community to help prevent the spread of infection. The availability of community testing has been increased and is now available to individuals who are asymptomatic, as well as those exhibiting symptoms.

The testing will take place at the SC State Fairground on the following days:

Friday, May 15: 10AM-4PM

Saturday, May 16: 10AM-4PM

Monday, May 18: 10AM-4PM

Friday, May 22: 10AM-4PM

Saturday, May 23: 10AM-4PM

Friday, May 29: 10AM-4PM

Saturday, May 30: 10AM-4PM

Kroger Health is requiring people to schedule an appointment via Kroger Health’s online portal at www.krogerhealth.com/covidtesting to receive a test.

People seeking a test will be able to utilize a virtual screening tool based on the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines, and anyone with health concerns is eligible for testing, however "drive- up" appointments will be accepted as well.

The State Guard and Kroger Health associates will be present to direct traffic to the designated testing area. Please make sure windows are up on all vehicles when in the testing area and individuals need to have their photo ID ready.
