Rev. Michael A. McMillan, Sr.

Reverend Michael Antonio McMillian, Sr. is the Senior Pastor of Chaney Grove Baptist Church in Timmonsville, South Carolina.

Men of God bound by the gospel and the love of opening believers and non-believers eyes and hearts for the greatness of God.

God has been so gracious to I. DeQuincey Newman Church. He has blessed us to be in the Meadowlake community where community members feel at home to drop in any Sunday. They expressed the warmth they feel when they enter the sanctuary. One community member stated “this is truly a community church. Rev. Jack Washington always makes me feel right at home every time I come. This is such an inviting place.”

Rev. McMillian will be bringing the message on Sunday. He is a dynamic pastor. He serves the Chaney Grove Baptist Church congregation in Timmonsville, SC.

He said when you are “Committed to the Task”, it is not work, it is your calling and the community will know it. We open our doors to all who wish to enter, but God open the hearts to receive what is offered. We are looking forward to not only having I. DeQuincey Newman members present on Sunday September 22nd, we are looking forward to seeing the community come together and join us in the service as we say thank you to Rev. Jack for the years he has served as the shepherd of this flock. God selects the shepherd he knows whose right for the flock. I am honored to be asked to be a part of this celebration. I look forward to meeting the members and the community.

The Public is cordially invited to attend. Services begins with Sunday School at 9 a.m. I DeQuincey Newman UMC is located at 7801 Wilson Boulevard in Columbia, SC. For more information, please contact the church office at (803) 786-9894.
