The Columbia Urban League will hold its 24th annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. “Keeping the Legacy Alive” Breakfast virtually on Monday, January 17, at 10:00 a.m.

The speaker is Mr. Will Manning, Senior Vice President, South Carolina Market Exec. Global Commercial Banking, Bank of America, responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial clients in the Greenville, Columbia, and Augusta, GA., markets.

In 2012 he was selected as a recipient of Bank of America’s Global Diversity & Inclusion award. He also served as a Combat Engineer Officer in the U.S. Army for five years as an Airborne Ranger and Master Parachutist in the Army’s famed 82nd Airborne Division.

He was born and raised in Gaffney. Manning graduated from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, where he majored in Mathematics and Electrical Engineering. He earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Emory University Goizueta School of Business.

Currently, Manning serves on the Columbia Urban League’s Board of Directors.
