There are more than 4,000 children in foster care in South Carolina. Epworth Children’s Home residential care program serves children ages 12 and up from South Carolina. Children come to Epworth due to circumstances beyond their control and with needs that must be addressed. Many come with just the clothes on their back. A local restaurant and car club has partnered up to help collect items for the children's home as they go into the holiday month.

Red Rooster Bar & Grill Owners

Mike Jamieson & Roy Stewart are the owners of Red Rooster Bar & Grill.

On October 31st from 4-6 p.m., Red Rooster Sports Bar and Grill along with Changin Lanez Car Club will host a community Drive-Thru Trunk or Treat and collection drive for Epworth's. Families from across the Midlands will be able to drive-thru the parking lot of the restaurant and enjoy looking at the decorated cars from the safety of their car. At the end of the drive thru, treat bags will be given to the families and if they would like to make a donation they will be able to drop items off for the children's home. Families can visit the Epworth Children's home website to review their wish list items.

Red Rooster Sport Bar and Grill is locally owned and operated, located at 7500 Wilson Blvd. The owner Michael Jamison has been a youth mentor and community football coach for many years and understands the importance of giving back to his community.
