Diane Thompson Eigner retires

Diane Thompson Eigner, a native of Pomaria, SC, retired February 2018 from Newberry Memorial Hospital after 40 years of service in food and nutrition.

She also was worked second shift at the Lutheran Lowman Home in White Rock for five years. She was referred to as “Ms. Dianne” on the job. She is a five-year member of St. Mark AME Church in Pomaria. Upon her retirement, she enjoys working in her flower garden and traveling.

She is the mother of two sons, Quincy Eigner (Teosha) of Greenville, SC and Michael Eigner of Houston, Texas. Her grandchildren are Caitlyn are Malik.
